Check Out This Awesome Back-to-School Thing You Could Win! Plus, Glue!

So...on the radio show, we're going to give away a back-to-school backpack. It's kinda awesome, because of what I'm putting in it:

I believe the last question is: What famous American was once a king and almost a lion? If this is not right, please feel free to correct me. Did anyone get the other questions? I know number four was: What famous character wore a white bow tie with pink polka-dots? But, I missed the other three. Any help out there?
