I'm going to try to put this up on the sidebar-thing on this here blog. Meantime, relevant to our conversation this morning, here's a picture of Producer Nikki.
And there's more here at our Facebook page.
I'm volunteering to screen guys for Nikki. I say I'd be great at it, and could pick the one with the most potential for her. I'm not being cocky; I just think a lot of women aren't able to see through some fronts guys put up. And I think it's totally cool when dads or older brothers do this kind of thing, too.
We'll try to figure out a way to do it. I think it would be *fascinating* to interview guys on the air, maybe four or five. Nikki doesn't think guys will be willing to do that. I'm not sure. But I think guys love a challenge, right? I think it's cool, like the olden days, when you had to joust somebody or something.
The end result: We'd have some laughs, and probably double or triple date or something. Maybe something romantic, like awesome go-kart racing. Good news: You get to make a new friend, Nikki. Bad news: You have to let me win at go-karts.
I just have to figure out how all this can go down, this screening-thing. I think it will beat the dating scene. If you want to nominate yourself for potential consideration, it's brant@wayfm.com.
Nikki, you are so pretty! Don't worry, God has the perfect man for you-you just have to be patient and wait for His timing, even tho it's sooo hard sometimes. I know, cause I'm in the same boat! Anyway, love you & Brant in the mornings-you guys get my days started! God BLESS!!!!!!!!

I'm kinda on the fence with this one. I think interviewing potential suitors is completely BRILLIANT. However, Nikki has a point. I don't know how many would be open to it being on the air. I do look forward to seeing where you go with this. God bless!

2K (Nikki) is so blessed to have such a service available. To have a Godly man (Brant) utilize his position of power and fame to procure her a suitor. What a story that will make at the family reunion 50 years from now! Feel blessed 2K and go with the flow!

First of all, you guys are so sweet!!! Made my day. :) But second, this isn't even about me finding a man. In fact, my whole take on it is that I WON'T...not through this. But Brant stands by his theory that he can sit down with a guy for about a half hour and know whether or not it would work with me. So...I want to put him to the test. I don't think that's possible. However, much as I'd like to see whether or not he can pull it off, let's be honest...what guy is going to go through such a rigorous screening process for one date with a chick they've never met? And can't say I blame them! My theory continues to be that I will meet him in some way involving my actually physically running into him, or accidentally tripping him...or knocking a can food display on top of him at the grocery store. I'm a bit of a klutz so...it only seems right that he should know it right up front. ;)

Dear Brant,
I think everyone is missing the piont to see if you have the power to determine if the gentlemen is a good match for Nikki.
The screening process is in place for accountability for the gentlemen in question. Someone as special Nikki is worth climbing mountains and swimming through seas.
Women today see what they want to see. I mean it seems women are looking for a project to shape and mold. A starter boyfriend if you will. Maybe it is a good thing I know I could use some help.
Well that is enough of my bable.
