So Ugly He's...Well, He's Ugly

...but his owner loves him.  Not least because he just won $1,000 for her just by, you know, being unattractive.

Here's your newest World's Ugliest Dog.  His name is "Elwood".

He's a snuggly Chihuahua/Chinese Crested mix.  I've never seen a dog so mixed, now that I think about it.

Redemptive note:  The owner says the breeder was going to have Elwood euthanized, for being "too ugly to sell."  But now, she says, "Ha ha, he's all over the internet and people love him and adore him."

Boo-ya, breeder-guy.  I do see how he's kind of cute.  I just can't...quite...figure out how his face is arranged.   But who says that's a pre-requisite of love?
