47 as well. I think 50 is the maximum possible. Also, the fact that it seems to take three or four correct answers to go up a point, and one wrong answer to go down a point makes it very hard to stay on the heights.

I think I got a 39, but I forgot to take note of my high score the first time that I played. It may have been higher.
By the way, has anyone noticed that this site addresses world poverty by donating rice to starving people?

I question the system with which this site determines how good my vocabulary is.
Restorative = tonic? .....I dunno. I think they got a funky dictionary, Brant.
That being said, I got a top score of 40. Pleh.

My boys & daughter &I made it to 51. Then I had to go out for awhile & they got it down to 27. Together we worked it back up to 42 By that time we hit 10,000 grains of rice and decided to call it a night.

I just saw this blog now (I know, I'm a little late). I got a 51. I'm 18 years old. :D My friend is a freshman in high school, though, and she has a 55. Yeah, she's Asian so there's a good explanation for her erudition.

This website was very popular in my school and youth group in February when we did the 30hr Famine. The week before the famine, we tried eating only rice all week. I got sick and wasn't able to complete it, but this website also opened up our eyes to the difficulties around the world.

i got a vocab score of 44, which isn't bad, but i also donated 5,200 grains of rice, which is what this whole thing is about.
