Looks like those things need a front end alignment. The wheel all jut out and stuff.
Don't you have to ask what that breeder is doing wrong to get 3 dogs with no legs? Does anyone find it odd that these dogs all live at that same house. Shouldn't the SPCA make a little check on these people?

I think it is great, for these pups to have wheels, but I really pray, that puppy mills, will someday, not exist. I have two, stray dogs , a cat and a rabbit. There are so many loving animals, in the Humane Society, or wandering around, your neighborhood.
